We love these little inline remote dimmers because they are simple to install and easy to use. Works great for strip lights, or any LED lights on deck or down below.
They install easily, even behind panels, and eliminate the need for adding additional wiring or switches. You just dim to your liking, and the module retains that setting in memory, even when the lights are off. They work for 12V or 24V applications, and can control up to 12A of lights per module.
The dimmer module is a simple inline installation, with the two input leads attaching to 5-24VDC power, and then the output leads attaching to your LED lights.
While we call it a dimmer, it is actually a micro lighting controller with multiple modes, including flashing/pulsing modes, etc. While the modes are quaint, you'll find the dimming the most useful. The remote includes quick step dimming modes (25%, 50%, etc), as well as 10 step smooth up/down dimming.
