This is a 4W replacement LED bulb that is made specifically for Aqua Signal Tri-Color stack lamps. It has 36 high-powered LEDs arrayed on 3 faces, with distinct sector separators for the most accurate sector angles.
It features a double-contact indexed BAY15d base, and the red, green and white LEDs are aligned to match the alignment in the Aqua Signal fixtures.
While it may seem counter-intuitive to some, using separate red, green and white light gives the maximum output, and has a much higher intensity and transmittance than using a white light behind colored lenses. See our white-paper on this subject here.
This LED replacement bulb easily satisfies the output and visibility requirement for boats up to 20M (65 feet)

Excellent service and product
Marinebeam team diligently answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them) in finding the best suitable replacement led bulbs for our masthead Aqualsignal series 40 anchor&nav light combo and midmast Aquasignal snp48 nav&foredeck light combo. This one was a replacement for the tri colour nav light bulb in the masthead one. Excellent service and product. Saved having to buy an entire replacement led unit.
