Replacement (or spare) shaft bearing for MarineKinetix MK450 or MK4+ wind generator. Replaces the front or rear shaft bearing.
NOTE: Each wind generator has two of these bearings which are priced individually (one on the face behind the hub and one internally behind the rotor).
This is a special deep groove 52100 chrome steel ball bearing developed especially for MarineKinetix. It is unique in that is has a special low-fiction and low-noise design, with non-contact seals. This means that while it is double-sealed, the seals do not add unwanted friction between the rotating parts of the bearing, so start-up speed is unaffected.
