Marinebeam's USCG Certified NavLight™ LED side light

Marinebeam LED Sidelights are typically used in pairs, but they are sold separately.

These 112.5° LED sidelights replace traditional red and green sideboard lights which are mounted on the port and starboard side of the vessel, on a vertical surface, which is in-plane with the center-line of the boat.

Our lamps feature colored lenses, so they match the aesthetic appeal of traditional lamps, and are more attractive than some of the more industrial-looking and more expensive options on the market. Because colored lenses have high transmittance coefficients for like-colored LED wavelengths, our lamps are much more powerful --while using 90% less energy-- than traditional incandescents. They are also maintenance-free, have a super long life, and are waterproof.

Visibility exceeds 2 NM, and the lamps meets USCG and ABYC A-16 standards, and are US Coast Guard Certified (USCG) for use on vessels up to 65 feet (20M).

Like all Marinebeam products, our LED navigation lights have our integrated internal Constant-Current chipset, so they can operate at voltages from 9-33VDC. This means they are great for both 12VDC and 24VDC applications. This also provides protection from over-voltage conditions, transient surges, and provides for consistent output and safety even at very low battery levels.

Our navigation lamps do not emit RF harmful interference, and are EMC certified to EN55022, EN61547, and EN60945, so they will not interfere with radios, sensitive electronics, or GPS signals.

Includes two (2) stainless steel mounting screws, and 8' of duplex 18AWG tinned wiring to allow power connection to be below decks if desirable.
