This elegant and modern 3W LED reading light can be easily aimed for reading or permanently positioned for general cabin lighting. With 210 lumens of warm white light, equivalent to a 20W halogen, this lamp can brighten a large space or be dimmed down to a glow.
Another great feature of the lamp is the softly glowing blue night-light halo that surrounds the dimming switch, so you can easily find it at night. A momentary touch turns it on or off, while dimming is accomplished by an extended touch.

Beware the blue light
I would have liked this if it hadn't been for the brilliant blue light ring around the button switch. It cannot be turned off, and it's so annoyingly bright that it competes with the lamp itself. The effect is jarring. I ended up replacing this with a #FX-919-3W LED reading lamp. It doesn't dim, but at least it doesn't have a blinding blue light. Just my two cents' worth...

Great updates for my boat!
I restored my boat, and purchased some of these lights to incorporate into the project. Before making the purchase, I researched a lot of different fixtures, but these came out on top. The quality is outstanding, and I really like the heavy glass globe and the blue lighting around the switch. Also with the dimmer factored in, it was a no brainer when it came to making my final choice. I plan on purchasing several more for my next project.

Great looking and performing light
This light is very modern and attractive. It also provides a nice clean and bright light for reading. I am very pleased with the quality and output.

A quality light
Made from heavy gauge Stainless Steel and glass, not plastic. Heavy and well made, looks and feels expensive. I have an Island Packet which is meant to be a quality boat, however IP chose to install cheap RV plastic lighting fixtures, I replaced them all with these lights, and used the 10 LED panels in the salon where I wanted a lot of light
