Your Marinebeam purchases are protected by our 30-day 100% Satisfaction and Fitment Guarantee, as well as our industry-leading 2 year Warranty. If within 30-days of your purchase, you are not 100% satisfied, for any reason, you may return the product(s) postage paid, for a full refund of your product purchase price.

Marinebeam 2-Year Warranty

Additionally, our products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship in normal consumer use for 2-years from the date of purchase. To comply with the warranty requirements, you must return the product to Marinebeam (postage paid), along with your original order number. Marinebeam will evaluate the issue, and will repair or replace items determined to be defective at our cost. This is the only written or expressed warranty for Marinebeam products. If your warranty item is not defective or determined to be a user fault, you will be contacted by one of our specialists. If an immediate replacement is sent and the warrantied item is not received within 30 days, you will be charged for both items until the receipt of the original item is verified.

*Because Marinebeam has not evaluated your application, and has no control over the use of our products by the end-user, we specifically disclaim any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability. We also exclude any liability for incidental or consequential damages as a result of the use or mis-use of our products. Any returns with a free shipping promotion are subject to shipping charges being deducted from the final return total.

 

Limitation of Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF MARINEBEAM IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. MARINEBEAM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. MARINEBEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT MARINEBEAM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
