This wedge replacement LED bulb will fit into any small overhead wedge-base side-mount fixtures in boats, RVs, emergency vehicles and enclosed trailers.
With an amperage draw of 80% less than the original bulb, while just as bright as the 10W bulb it replaces, this bulb is a no-brainer for replacing energy-depleting wedge type bulbs.
Wedge base bulbs are 9.5mm wide (3/8") at the base, and come in various wattages and globe sizes. This bulb replaces all wedge bulbs that are side-mounted in compact fixtures and puck lights. Nice, but be careful handling. Excellent Customer Service
These are very bright and work much better than the previous incandescent ones. They are a bit tough to install since the natural tendency is to push on the round piece. Only push the base in (tough if you have big fingers). One did not work upon arrival (either I broke it installing it or was defective). Either way, customer service handled a replacement immediately, no questions asked. Marinebeam made a customer for life.

9-LED side mount wedge
It has been working well for over a year and providing more light than the halogen it replaced. Nice lighting color and no radio interference, unlike some of the cheaper , non Marine Beam ones I had tried out
