The perfect lamp for professionals such as commercial fishermen, law-enforcement, or large private yachts. This is an amazing lamp that was originally developed for the factory off-road racing teams that compete in the Baja 1000, and other endurance tests like the Dakar Rally in Africa. The teams were looking for "bullet-proof" lamps to replace the fragile and energy guzzling halogens and HID's. The result is a breakthrough light cannon that outperforms four of the traditional 100W halogen driving lights!
At 4800 Lumens, the light output is just amazing, and it draws only 5 amps at 12V! The only other LED lamps with this kind of output and washdown specs are built specifically for law-enforcement and the military and sell for more than $1000! The Marinebeam lamp features a white powder coated aluminum housing, stainless hardware and a full washdown submersion-proof (to 3m) IP68 rating. The lamp also features a fully adjustable bracket that articulates more than 90° so it can be easily positioned as a t-top or arch light, or face straight down off a spreader. This lamp can project light better than 500' when used as a spot light, and produces coverage of 75' at that distance. Powdercoated Black or White finish
