This traditional surface mount LED dome light has a 3-way rocker switch on the rim, and can be used in either in a warm white LED mode, or in a red LED "night-vision" mode.
This lamp is a standard marine dome light retrofitted with Marinebeam LED bulbs. The result is something nicer and brighter than any standard LED dome light fixture with the convenience of a night vision option, and the bulbs are replaceable bi-pin G4s.

Top notch light
Replaced a competitor's equivalent light with the MarineBeam light. Noticeably better quality and operation. Switch on competitor's light felt cheap, didn't make positive contact all the time. The MB light switch has quality feel and positive tactile feedback. Replacing the other guy's light was definitely the right choice.

High Quality & Reasonably Priced
I purchased nine of these to replace the first generation closed unit dome lights I had previously installed. These are a high quality unit for the price. Glass lens, and an LED bulb that has the perfect luminosity (brightness) and an inviting warm white color.

almost great
This is potentially a great product. The real detractors are the screws that you need to undo to access the LEDs. Every one of the 4 lights I purchased had the large LED come loose in transit. The screws that need to be undone are only screwed into the very thin sheet metal. The screws themselves are very soft. So the heads either strip out while undoing them or the sheet meatal strips when they are going back in. Once past these hurdles the lights themselves are great. I have had no problems and they look great.
