Description

The Marinebeam Florence high-intensity LED Reading Light with opal glass shade is an elegant wall/bulkhead mount fixture that features a 3W warm white output.

This is a beautiful light that is constructed of solid brass and is available in a bright chrome or polished lacquered-brass finish.  Built-in rocker switch and full articulation make this light great as a bulkhead reading light or for general cabin lighting.  Can be swiveled 360 degrees.  Its cool-to-the-touch shade can be pivoted up to be used as a fashionable wall sconce lamp, or down as a bunk or cabin reading light.

The pictures really don't do this high-style lamp justice.  The fit and finish of this lamp easily compares with lamps costing twice as much.  It uses the latest Epistar 3W power-LED, along with our constant-current 10-30VDC circuit, and has a bright beautiful warm-white color and opaque frosted opal glass shade.   Comparable to a 15W halogen lamp in color and output, while drawing 80% less power.

Easily mounts to any flat surface with the two included screws.  Works on 12VDC or 24VDC power.

This lamp also features "direct-wire" dimming using our optional touch dimming panel.  Lamps with direct-wire dimming have a 3rd wire, which is white in color, and provides a dimming control signal directly to the LED driver inside the lamp.  Direct wire dimming actually controls the current to the LED, which give full dimming control unlike PWM dimming.
