The perfect hand-held remote for controlling 12VDC devices on-board!
We use this remote for turning on our LED deck lights from the dinghy on our way back to the boat. It makes finding the boat and boarding in the dark super-convenient.
This device can operate any 12VDC circuit that you want to turn on and off remotely, such as deck lights, interior lights, or other devices that you need to operate from a distance.
It is a single channel system that can switch 12V loads of up to 7 Amps, so it is perfect for deck lights, interior lights, or small DC appliances.
It features a super-secure learning code remote, and can operate in several different switching modes, such as normally on, normally off, momentary on, etc.
It operates on 433MHz, has 95db sensitivity, and has a range of up to 100 yards line-of-sight.
The receiver box weighs only 35 grams so it can easily be mounted to most surfaces. The waterproof remote key fob contains a single button. Features waterproof fobs, great range, and 0.008A current draw in standby mode.
NOTICE: The receiver module has a dry relay contact, which means it operates as a remote switch, but the relay itself has no voltage source. The receiver electronics are powered by 12VDC, but the relay can be thought of as a normal switch with a set of contacts. The contacts close (or open) to feed (or interrupt) power to a load, meaning it switches whatever voltage it is fed. For instance, it could switch 5V, 12V, or 24V but the relay terminal must be fed that voltage. So, if utilizing it as a 12VDC remote switch you simply jumper 12VDC from the power input terminal to the relay terminal, thereby feeding 12V to the contacts. See the instruction manual link below for further information.

I am using this relay remote switch to turn on cockpit lights on our boat as we are in a very dark dock in the marina, easy setup, tested from 150 feet away.very happy.

Works as advertised. We use it for some deck lights. Allows the bowman to go up forward and turn on the lights as needed without someone else running below to the switch panel
The transmitter fobs are excellent and the wireless relay (switch) works great. The compact size of the relay makes it convenient to install just about anywhere. Thanks making a much needed, high quality wireless relay available. It's works well as a simple on/off switch for lights, or as 5 pin relay for many other wireless applications. We are using them in our motorized-sup.com paddle board systems as a wireless speed controller.
