Side Mount G4 LED Bulbs

Side pin mount G4 replacement LEDs are used in fixtures where the socket is offset to the side of the fixture like the one shown to the right.

WHICH TYPE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

In general, you should select a G4 LED bulb replacement bulb which has the LEDs facing the direction in which you want the light to throw. While your original incandescent bulb was isotropic (omni-directional), LEDs benefit by being directional, so are much more efficient with the LEDs facing toward the surface to be illuminated. Our miniature series LED bulbs like the Light-Hammer, and micro-brick, match up really well against 10W halogens and xenons, while still small enough to fit virtually any fixture. They are best sellers, and feature the latest technology.

The 6-LED NOVI series match up well against 5W-10W halogens, but are somewhat less efficacious (lumens/watt)than the micro series.

If you have a bigger fixture, or really want a lot of light, or are trying to match up against a 15W or higher incandescent choose the 10-LED X-Beam. You won't be dissapointed. It is a best seller.

All of our products will match up against a 10W halogen or Xenon G4 bulb, but will use 85% less energy, last longer, and produce less heat.
